Move-In Day Mafia believes every student deserves more than the basics. Many of our scholars have spent years in survival mode, receiving whatever was available instead of being asked what they actually liked. In fact, some have never been asked about their favorites at all, so together we discover what brings them joy and get as close to their desire as we can. That's why we take the time to learn each student's favorite colors, snacks, scents, stores, hobbies, and more.
Throughout their four years with us, we do our best to incorporate those favorites into their dorm rooms and care packages because we believe choice restores dignity, and being known reminds someone they matter.
